What You Will Do

  • Identifying the issue, product, warranty or sales channel and transferring the call accordingly to the appropriate queue while ensuring transfer accuracy at all times.
  • Focusing on delivering an exceptional customer experience in the short interaction they have.
  • Ensuring all the customer details are captured correctly and logged in the appropriate tools.
  • Sending catalogues to customers on request.
  • Sorting and sending order confirmations.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Graduated in the last 12 months.
  • Relevant experience in a customer relationship function is a plus.
  • Fluency in French with a good level of English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn new products and technologies and ability to navigate quickly through applications.
  • Ability to deal professionally with demanding customers.
